The interesting thing about our emotions is that they are constantly changing, right?
I may wake up on a Monday feeling low about an incident that occurred over the weekend, and still upset on Tuesday. But if I stay focused on regaining positivity, and either forgetting about the issue or working on fixing it (whichever is necessary) then by Wednesday or Thursday, I’m excited and ready to make the upcoming weekend better then the last.
I keep this in mind as a reminder that my spirit will improve, during those days when it is unsatisfactory. Although it doesn’t immediately alter my mood, it does prevent me from feeling worse and definitely motivates me to move forward.
Keep this in your mind as well, and those bad days will become less and less.

Good thing to remember. My emotions can change within minutes, especially if I'm conscious and aware that I can change them. Sometimes it's easier than other but definitely spiraling into a negative space just because I "feel" bad is never a good idea.
