The word "judgement" has a negative connotation, but realistically we all make and receive judgements on a regular basis. Once you start accepting this reality, it becomes easier to lessen the sensitivity to these perceptions. However, if you are really looking for a way to stop people from judging you, consider the following:
The way you dress
The words you speak
Your body language
The people you surround yourself with
For the most part, you are in charge of the way people perceive you so if you'd like people to be receptive to the person you consider yourself to be, you must act according to those considerations.
You can't always be late and expect your friends to trust you. You can't get a job if you use the word "homie" during the interview, you can't expect a business man to be receptive to you if you walk into a building with your jean shorts hanging down to your knees, and you can't expect a woman to love you if you abused them in the past.
Remember, people judge you according to what you provide them with, so be smart and give people the YOU you want them to SEE.

WWE: Wednesdays Words of Encouragement #5
I know I have been absent my friends, but I wanted to test you guys and your strength without my encoruaging words for a couple weeks :)
So far successful because I haven't heard any complaints!!
Today, I wanted to dedicate this post to my extrememly special and inspirational Grandma Delores who recently passed on to the heavens. She was a very intelligent, wordy woman who accomplished much more than most women did growing up in the 30's and working in the medical and educational fields in the 50's, 60's, and 70's. I have a ton of wise words she has shared with me in the past, but this one in particular has always resonated.
One day I think she sensed my sadness in the recent break-up I was going through and out the blue she just called me into her room and said "Molly, I just want to tell you that you should never count on anyone else to make you happy."
And that was it. She didn't elaborate as usual, but said her peace and really, that's all I needed to hear.
I think too often we as people want others to fulfill our lives, but deep down we are the only ones who can fully do so. Others can contribute to our happiness, success and overall joy of life, but if we can't put a smile on our own faces, than no one else realistically can either.
That's all. Just wanted to share some wise words and encourage you all to find your OWN path to happiness and enjoy all those along the road that help you continually seek success.

My Emotions
My emotions switch like the radio
change than repeat
Diversify like Long Beach
strangely unique
I smile and cry, laughing with tears
Like any given second, when I think of my fears
My emotions are in touch with every ounce of my soul
sometimes heated and dry, occasioanlly lucid and cool
They switch and maneuver like they know their direction
But I'm too often lost in a bowl of deception
I swear to never let them control my being
Yet my emotions are all that I own, I'm slowly seeing
change than repeat
Diversify like Long Beach
strangely unique
I smile and cry, laughing with tears
Like any given second, when I think of my fears
My emotions are in touch with every ounce of my soul
sometimes heated and dry, occasioanlly lucid and cool

But I'm too often lost in a bowl of deception
